DALLAS PROJECT MANAGER

Operation Organization is hiring a Project Manager for a Dallas-based professional organizing company to support all client projects from consultation through completion.


This role bridges vision and execution by attending consults, capturing details, important measurements, and estimating project scope and budgets. The position will include guiding the organizing teams with clear plans so projects run smoothly, staying on brand, on budget, all while giving clientele the Operation Organized customer experience.


You’ll work closely with our CEO, Operations Manager, and Sourcing Specialist, handling project logistics and communicating clearly with clients, Professional Organizers, and company vendors such as handymen and contractors. This role requires excellent communication and executive-level follow-through, good taste, confidence in making decisions while not overstepping, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. You must represent Operation Organization with professionalism, warmth, punctuality, discretion, and a high standard of presentation. We are looking for someone who does the right thing even when no one is looking, has a strong moral compass, and is genuinely positive and a pleasure to work with.


This role is an in-person position with the ability to get to consults and client homes within the DFW metroplex, pull product for projects, deliver containers to job sites, and work alongside the organizing team on assigned client projects. You will be responsible for making sure that the look and function of jobs are executed by the team.


Applicant Requirements

  • 2 years experience in managing projects for a client-facing service business (home service, interior design, construction, event production, hospitality, luxury concierge)
  • Highly organized and systems-minded with the ability to create checklists and team processes
  • Very strong coordination skills
  • Team leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Design eye and styling sense
  • Strong tech skills: Monday.com, Slack, Canva, Trello, Google Drive, and Docs/Sheets
  • Strong logistics brain with the ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Available Monday through Friday
  • Can work at least one Saturday per month when needed
  • Can attend monthly virtual team meetings, Mondays at 5pm
  • Has a reliable and presentable SUV
  • No allergies to pets, dust, or fragrance
  • iPhone and Mac user
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Quick responder to company communication
  • Comfortable with being featured on the company website, marketing emails, and social media accounts


This is a part-time hourly position working approximately 20–30 hours a week.

Pay will be determined on experience and skillset.
